Hassle free returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.

It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.

Returning an item

Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.

Bikes & Bulky items

If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued once the product(s) have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing that they can review the item before deciding whether it is right for you before leaving the store. Should you decide it's not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away, or you still have up to 90 days to return it if you are still unsure.

Please note:
1. If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover the cost of collection and the delivery of the correct item.

2. If we have delivered the correct bike but upon inspection, you decide the bike is not the one for you, we will charge you £50 for collection (£100 from Northern Ireland). If you do not have the original box in usable condition, we will charge you an additional £15 to provide one.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid proof of purchase.

The Shotgun Pro combo is the ultimate setup for a mountain bike kid, offering lightning-fast attachment and removal, zero frame contact, and adjustability to fit electric and regular mountain bikes. This seat mounts to your headset and seat post, ensuring zero contact with your frame. It features a quick-release mechanism, allowing fitting, removal, and swapping between bikes in approximately 30 seconds after initial installation. With adjustable leg width, the Shotgun Pro is suitable for use on electric bikes that have wide down tubes.

The seat is designed for children 18 months to 5 years, supporting up to 27kg (60lb). It includes adjustable leg length to grow with the child. The Shotgun Pro handlebars are included, providing an up-front experience for the mini mountain biker. These handlebars feature lightning-fast quick-release fitting and custom 19mm grips, making them the perfect partner for the Shotgun Pro seat.

The Shotgun Pro child MTB seat is the ultimate setup for your mountain bike kid. The Shotgun Pro Child MTB Seat Handlebars included in the Combo ensure your little one is going to love hitting the trails riding up front.

The Shotgun Pro seat fits almost all modern mountain bikes with standard 1 1/8 inch steerers and 10mm of clearance under the stem – including electric mountain bikes. Kids Ride Shotgun does not recommend the Pro seat for bikes without front suspension, such as road bikes or beach cruisers, due to the lack of clearance between the child’s feet and the bike’s front wheel.

The Shotgun Pro handlebars fit 31.8 or 35mm handlebar diameters, and stems up to 60mm wide.
