Hassle free returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.

It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.

Returning an item

Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.

If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued once the product(s) have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing that they can review the item before deciding whether it is right for you before leaving the store. Should you decide it's not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away, or you still have up to 90 days to return it if you are still unsure.

Please note:
1. If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover the cost of collection and the delivery of the correct item.

2. If we have delivered the correct bike but upon inspection, you decide the bike is not the one for you, we will charge you £50 for collection (£100 from Northern Ireland). If you do not have the original box in usable condition, we will charge you an additional £15 to provide one.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid proof of purchase.

The Mondraker Play 26 is a lightweight electric mountain bike built to help young riders ride further, tackle tougher trails, and build confidence with every adventure. Inspired by Mondraker’s adult performance bikes, it combines modern geometry, natural-feeling electric assistance, and trail-ready components in a capable package designed specifically for progressing riders.

Its Alloy Stealth Evo frame features a low-slung integrated 250Wh battery to improve stability and agility, while the updated kid-specific Forward Geometry delivers confident handling and control on technical terrain. Internal cable routing and modern frame shaping give the Play 26 the same premium aesthetic and ride feel as Mondraker’s full-size mountain bikes.

The Mahle X35 motor system provides smooth and natural pedal assistance with 40Nm of torque, helping younger riders climb further and ride longer without compromising the feel of the bike. A 120mm X-Fusion air suspension fork, SRAM Eagle 12-speed drivetrain, powerful four-piston SRAM brakes, and wide 2.4" tyres complete a highly capable trail-ready e-MTB designed for serious fun on every ride.

Warranty Information for Mondraker:

Mondraker offers an extended lifetime warranty for all its frames against defects in materials or manufacturing. Exclusions and terms apply.
It should be emphasised that each bicycle/frame has a life-cycle which will vary depending on the type of material and its construction. This life-cycle may be shortened by the form and type of use, or lack of appropriate maintenance and care. The lifetime warranty will therefore be entirely dependent on the optimal life-cycle determined by Mondraker for each specific Product.

The Avinox drive system (motor, battery, display, and charger) comes with a 2-year warranty starting from the activation date, covering up to 500 charge cycles. Exclusions and terms apply.

All warranty claims for Mondraker components or original parts will be handled through an authorised Mondraker distribution point, and the original commercial invoice must be provided.

Mondraker points of sale will handle the warranty of third-party manufacturers' components, with each manufacturer being responsible for the warranty of its components used in the product.
