Hassle free returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.

It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.

Returning an item

Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.

Bikes & Bulky items

If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued once the product(s) have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing that they can review the item before deciding whether it is right for you before leaving the store. Should you decide it's not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away, or you still have up to 90 days to return it if you are still unsure.

Please note:
1. If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover the cost of collection and the delivery of the correct item.

2. If we have delivered the correct bike but upon inspection, you decide the bike is not the one for you, we will charge you £50 for collection (£100 from Northern Ireland). If you do not have the original box in usable condition, we will charge you an additional £15 to provide one.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid proof of purchase.

The Rhythm Team complete jump bike is DMR's top-of-the-line pro-level dirt jump bike. Right out the box, it genuinely doesn't get any better than this. Let’s talk about the Rhythm frameset. DMR are well known for their steel hardtails, like the Sect dirt jump frame. But they never rest on their laurels, so they created this, the best aluminium dirt jump bike available.

The Rhythm frameset that is the heart of this dirt bike uses tubes made from 6061 T6 aluminium alloy. The lightness and stiffness of this tubing make it ideal for a frame that holds its own equally at the trails and the 4X track.

Details include a tapered headtube, machined chainstay yoke and interchangeable dropouts – these integrated sliding dropouts make adjusting chain tension a breeze. Dropouts are also interchangeable with Rhythm gear-compatible dropouts if you want to change your setup later down the line.

On this Team model, suspension duties are handled by the superb Rock Shox Pike DJ fork, with Solo Air spring and Charger damper with a dirt jump specific tune. This premium and highly adjustable fork delivers unbeatable performance for the most demanding of riders, and it looks incredible too. It's the best dirt jump fork on the market, and we've built into our best dirt jump bike.

The rest of the components are carefully selected with performance and strength in mind. Highlights include a DMR cockpit featuring butted aluminum handlebars, Sect DJ grips and a short stem. DMR also specced their own, proven DMR Moto DJ Tyres and Tektro Hydraulic brakes on the front and rear.

Jump bikes primarily use a 26” wheel with the frame only available in one size, to suit riders taller than 4’5” or 137cm.

Some manufacturers offer a long or short length bike. Riders over 5’10” or 178cm will prefer the longer option.

All DMR frames are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for one year from date of purchase, except aluminium frames which are guaranteed for three years. Paint and decals defects are guaranteed for one year from date of purchase. For parts and accessories such as pedals, grips, bars and stems the warranty is one year. DMR warranty applies to the original purchaser only, and applies to DMR frames or products purchased from an authorised dealer only. DMR warranty applies to the original date of purchase of the product, and does not restart/extend if a replacement product is provided during the guarantee period.
