Hassle free returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.

It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.

Returning an item

Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.

Bikes & Bulky items

If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued once the product(s) have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing that they can review the item before deciding whether it is right for you before leaving the store. Should you decide it's not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away, or you still have up to 90 days to return it if you are still unsure.

Please note:
1. If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover the cost of collection and the delivery of the correct item.

2. If we have delivered the correct bike but upon inspection, you decide the bike is not the one for you, we will charge you £50 for collection (£100 from Northern Ireland). If you do not have the original box in usable condition, we will charge you an additional £15 to provide one.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid proof of purchase.

CeramicSpeed's Ultrafast Racing Chain uses a unique optimisation treatment to save watts and improve performance with unparalleled low friction. These chains are carefully selected from high-quality suppliers and optimised by hand in Denmark. This chain is specifically optimised for KMC 11-speed compatibility to boost the efficiency of the entire drivetrain.

CeramicSpeed UFO Racing Chains can save between 2-5 watts over a distance of 650 km/400 miles. Please note that the UFO treatment is not optimised for wet and muddy conditions, which might cause corrosion on the chain.

The Optimisation Process

The process involves a multi-step method, starting with polishing the link's sliding surfaces to remove friction-producing roughness and manufacturing imperfections. A cleaning routine follows to remove factory lube and contaminants. The chain is then infused with an optimisation blend at optimal temperatures, allowing distinct lubricating layers to work together for ultimate efficiency.

Installation and Maintenance

Installation is straightforward and similar to any other chain. Use the provided gloves and ensure the floor is covered during the process. Connect the chain using the provided link and a chain tool to shorten it to the optimal length. Ensure the cut is made so that the chain-ends are both inner plates.

To benefit from the full advantages, do not wash the chain before 650 km/400 miles. If cleaning is necessary, use a dry cloth or soft brush. If the chain is removed, reinstall it in the same direction. In light showers, apply UFO Drip Chain Coating and allow it to dry before riding. In heavy showers, cover the chain in protective grease to protect it while maintaining performance.
