Hassle free returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.

It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.

Returning an item

Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.

Bikes & Bulky items

If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued once the product(s) have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing that they can review the item before deciding whether it is right for you before leaving the store. Should you decide it's not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away, or you still have up to 90 days to return it if you are still unsure.

Please note:
1. If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover the cost of collection and the delivery of the correct item.

2. If we have delivered the correct bike but upon inspection, you decide the bike is not the one for you, we will charge you £50 for collection (£100 from Northern Ireland). If you do not have the original box in usable condition, we will charge you an additional £15 to provide one.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid proof of purchase.

Due to its unique optimisation treatment, this ultrafast racing chain saves watts and improves performance with free speed and unparalleled low friction. These chains are carefully selected from high-quality suppliers and optimised by hand in Denmark. This chain has been optimised for SRAM AXS Road 12-speed compatibility to boost the efficiency of the entire drivetrain.

The CeramicSpeed UFO chain is a racing chain developed to deliver unrivalled performance. It performs optimally for about 650 km/400 miles under clean and dry conditions. After this, the watts saved start to decrease, though the chain will still perform better than a standard chain.

Installation and Maintenance:

Mounting the optimised chain is no different from the installation of any other chain. Always connect the chain with the provided connecting link using a chain tool. Within the first 650 km/400 miles, do not wash the chain before the mileage is exceeded. If cleaning is required, use a dry cloth or soft brush. In the case of light showers, apply UFO Drip Chain Coating. For heavy showers, cover the chain in a protective grease on top of the UFO treatment.

Optimisation Process:

The optimisation is a multi-step process starting with a polishing method of the link's sliding surfaces to remove friction-producing roughness and manufacturing imperfections. The chain undergoes a cleaning routine to remove factory lube and contaminants. Finally, the chain is infused at optimal temperatures with an optimisation blend, allowing the sliding surfaces to have distinct lubricating layers working together for ultimate efficiency.
