Hassle free returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.

It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.

Returning an item

Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.

Bikes & Bulky items

If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued once the product(s) have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing that they can review the item before deciding whether it is right for you before leaving the store. Should you decide it's not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away, or you still have up to 90 days to return it if you are still unsure.

Please note:
1. If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover the cost of collection and the delivery of the correct item.

2. If we have delivered the correct bike but upon inspection, you decide the bike is not the one for you, we will charge you £50 for collection (£100 from Northern Ireland). If you do not have the original box in usable condition, we will charge you an additional £15 to provide one.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid proof of purchase.

The Magene PES P515 Power Meter Set with Alloy Cranks delivers precise and reliable power data through high-precision strain gauges and acceleration sensors. Combined with built-in intelligent temperature compensation algorithms, it provides accurate performance metrics even when the environment changes constantly. Extensively tested in harsh environments, each strain gauge undergoes stress release to guarantee a ±1% power accuracy, ensuring every effort is captured accurately.

The PES crank adopts a triple hollow channel design to reduce weight significantly. Integrally moulded using precise CNC with deep-hole drilling techniques, the force structure is enhanced with a symmetric design that maintains performance while reducing mass. The P515 spider-based power meter is constructed from 7075 aircraft-grade aluminium, balancing weight and stiffness to weigh only 99g. The complete set has been tested through 100,000 cycles of harsh pedalling to ensure long-term durability.

Battery and Connectivity:

The P515 applies a new circuit design to improve power consumption efficiency and reduce power loss during cycling. After being fully charged via magnetic charging, it supports up to 330 hours of long-distance riding and training. It is compatible with various ANT+ and Bluetooth devices, including bike computers from Magene, Garmin, and Bryton, as well as training apps such as Strava, Onelap, Zwift, TrainingPeaks, and TrainerRoad.

Compatibility and Installation:

The PES crank features a 24mm steel spindle, making it compatible with standard road bike bottom brackets. Shimano users can install it directly without replacing the bottom bracket. It is also compatible with large diameter bottom brackets including T47 and BB386, provided the driving side's external diameter of the bottom bracket shell is ≤57mm and the overall width after installation is 90.5-92mm. The spider adopts the popular 110BCD four-bolt specification for comprehensive compatibility. Using Magene's original QED split chainring will provide enhanced shifting efficiency and a smoother pedalling experience.
