With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.
It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.
Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.
If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

The Magene P715S Pedal-based Power Meter SPD-SL is designed to elevate power training performance with consistent cutting-edge techniques. These pedals feature embedded power meter spindles, placing the module closer to the point of power output to reduce transmission loss and errors. By measuring dual-side power simultaneously, they provide direct and authentic data for both legs. An embedded gyroscope measures real-time angular velocity to accurately calculate instantaneous power at every angle, significantly improving accuracy during unstable cycling. To ensure consistency in extreme conditions, temperature compensation technology adjusts the power algorithm according to altitude and temperature changes.
Beyond regular power and cadence data, these pedals provide seven advanced cycling metrics to help you understand your riding ability. Power Phase: Learn your power generation zone, force angle, and peak region of work to optimise your watts zone. Riding Position: Understand power output at different postures to improve pedaling efficiency. Left and Right Balance: Identify output differences between legs to enhance training of the weaker side. Pedaling Smoothness: Analyse how even your output is throughout the pedaling cycle. Torque Effectiveness: Learn your pedaling pattern and how much power is effective in pushing you forward.
The pedals are constructed from composite carbon fibre with precipitation hardening stainless steel spindles, reducing weight while maintaining stiffness. They are designed for durability, having been tested to work normally after 1 million pedal strokes in laboratory conditions. Installation is straightforward, fitting like any standard road bike pedal with a wrench. The system supports both Bluetooth and ANT+ protocols, allowing connection to one Bluetooth device and unlimited ANT+ devices simultaneously. Users can also customise crank length via the Magene Utility app or a compatible bike computer to ensure the most accurate data.
