With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Hassle free returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.

It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.

Returning an item

Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.

Bikes & Bulky items

If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued once the product(s) have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing that they can review the item before deciding whether it is right for you before leaving the store. Should you decide it's not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away, or you still have up to 90 days to return it if you are still unsure.

Please note:
1. If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover the cost of collection and the delivery of the correct item.

2. If we have delivered the correct bike but upon inspection, you decide the bike is not the one for you, we will charge you £50 for collection (£100 from Northern Ireland). If you do not have the original box in usable condition, we will charge you an additional £15 to provide one.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid proof of purchase.

Designed for riders who want comfort, grip and durability for year-round mileage, ELITE PRO delivers the unmistakable ride feel of a handmade tyre without compromise.

Built using Challenge’s traditional handmade construction, each tyre is assembled by skilled craftspeople using natural glues and latex coatings to preserve casing suppleness and responsiveness. The Super Polyester 220 TPI casing provides a smooth, compliant ride that absorbs road vibration far better than conventional vulcanised tyres, while remaining strong, water-resistant and highly durable.

Paired with Challenge’s SMART compound, ELITE PRO strikes the ideal balance between rolling efficiency, grip and longevity. Because the tread is never hardened by vulcanisation, the rubber retains its natural elasticity for consistent performance across varied conditions. Added PPS puncture protection places a tightly woven layer between tread and casing, increasing resistance to everyday road hazards without dulling ride quality.

Designed as a clincher tyre for use with inner tubes and hooked rims, the ELITE PRO is perfectly suited to training, commuting and long-distance riding—making it a superb introduction to handmade tyres and a dependable choice for riders who value comfort and reliability.

Their handmade tyres are assembled step-by-step by experienced craftspeople. High-quality natural glues and latex coatings are applied to ultra-supple casing materials like silk, cotton, or polyester. The result is a small-batch tyre with a ride feel that is simply on a different level.
  • PRO Series: Everyday Luxury – this workhorse handmade tyre is the PRO series, delivering performance and ride feel unmatched by traditional vulcanised tyres. Perfect for the rigours of daily riding.
  • Super Polyester 220TPI Casing: Super Polyesters with higher thread counts of 220-300tpi make up their most affordable handmade casings. Polyester is much softer and stronger then nylon, is impervious to water and quite durable.
  • SMART Compound: Their standard rubber compound, SMART is the perfect balance of durability and performance. The handmade construction ensures that the tread compounds are never hardened or heated by the vulcanisation process.
  • PPS Puncture Protection: The Puncture Protection System (PPS) is a tough, tightly-woven fabric placed between the tread and casing to increase puncture resistance.
