With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

The Giant Trance Advanced E+ SE is a distinctive carbon electric full suspension mountain bike built around the same high-capability trail platform as the wider Trance Advanced E+ range. Its Advanced SL-grade composite frame delivers 150mm of Maestro rear suspension, matched to a 160mm Crest 36 Elite fork, while the 29in front and 27.5in rear wheel combination is designed to pair confident obstacle clearance with responsive handling.
Giant’s SyncDrive Pro 4 motor produces up to 120Nm of torque and 850W peak power, with an EnergyPak Smart 840 supplying the capacity for sustained assistance over demanding terrain. RideControl Ergo 5 wireless controls integrate the E+ system into the cockpit, and the 3-position Flip-Chip lets riders alter the geometry to better suit their preferred terrain and setup.
The SE build stands apart with Crest suspension and a TRP electronic rear derailleur, alongside Giant TRA HD alloy rims. TRP EVO Comp four-piston brakes and Maxxis Assegai/Minion DHR II tyres add dependable stopping power and grip, giving this special-edition specification a purposeful setup for technical trail riding.
