Hassle free returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.

It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.

Returning an item

Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.

If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued once the product(s) have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing that they can review the item before deciding whether it is right for you before leaving the store. Should you decide it's not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away, or you still have up to 90 days to return it if you are still unsure.

Please note:
1. If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover the cost of collection and the delivery of the correct item.

2. If we have delivered the correct bike but upon inspection, you decide the bike is not the one for you, we will charge you £50 for collection (£100 from Northern Ireland). If you do not have the original box in usable condition, we will charge you an additional £15 to provide one.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid proof of purchase.

The Morning Pro16 is the little brother to the multi award-winning Afternoon Pro20, carrying over all the innovation and features that riders already love, but in a lighter, more compact package — shaving more than 2kg off the weight compared to the Pro20

Frame & Fork

The Pro16 features a carbon fork as part of the weight saving process.

Totally new proprietary design featuring patented auto locking hinges that allow you to unfold the bike in under 5 seconds. The frame also features a patented integrated battery anti theft lock developed with the cycle lock experts ABUS. The design also results in no part of the frame coming into contact with any other parts of the bike which prevents marking and scratching. The fork now features thru axle dropouts for ease of removing the wheel and a cleaner premium look.

Automatic Gearbox

The Bafang rear hub motor features an automatic gearbox giving you the right gear exactly when you need it without you the rider having to give it a seconds thought. Just unfold your bike, turn the pedals and let the bike change your gear for you. The drive is delivered through a gates belt drive so no oily chain or complicated maintenance.

New Seat Post Battery

Eovolt have always believed in housing the battery in the seat post. The Pro range utilises a new patented design with the connector now situated at the top of the frame and the magnetic connector is quick and easy to connect. The new battery now integrates the rear light in the seat post and is powered by the battery.

GPS Tagging

The new Pro frame is designed with a place to secretly hide an Apple or Android air tag so you will be able to track and locate your bike. Asymmetric Centre Kickstand

The new cleverly designed centre kick stand has a number of benefits. Firstly its hidden away under the bike which keeps the premium look of the bike and secondly which is the most important, the battery is no longer needed for the bike to stand in its folded position. This results in the bike being significantly lighter when lifting the folded bike without the battery into your car or motorhome.

Lights

Both Litemove lights are now powered by the battery and feature automatic dusk turn on. When the light drops or you enter a tunnel the lights now turn on automatically..

Integrated Phone Mount

The newly designed pro cockpit has an integrated SP Connect mount. Just buy the SP Connect phone case for your phone to easily and securely attach your phone to your handlebars. Particularly useful for navigating your journey using the phone mapping system of your choice

Wheels

All wheels are now made in UTO's (Ex Eovolt) own factory using extruded rims made in France. This process has made the wheels significantly lighter with a saving of 200gms per wheel.

Warranty Information for UTO:

The frame is guaranteed by UTO for 5 years from the invoice date, the electrical system is guaranteed for 2 years from the invoice date and the battery is guaranteed for 2 years from the invoice date.

By registering your bike, you benefit from the warranty extension which will extend it for an additional 5 years. Your bike (frame and fork) will then be guaranteed for 10 years. The warranty on the motor, battery, controller and display will remain unchanged and will be limited to 2 years from the date of purchase. To obtain the extended warranty, complete the form here . Registering your bike can be done at any time after purchase.

Any Product altered, modified, repaired or transformed is not covered by the warranty. The warranty does not apply to damage or failure caused by accident, abuse, neglect or modification of the frame or components. The warranty is excluded in the event of misuse or abnormal use of the Product. The warranty does not cover worn parts, normal wear and tear, improper assembly, or improper installation of parts or accessories.

The warranty does not cover damage to parts showing visible signs of impact, due to a cause unrelated to the quality of the bicycle (accident, impact, fall, etc.).

The warranty does not cover damage caused by repairs or modifications carried out by the user or unauthorised technician. Modification of any component of the bicycle (frame and/or parts, including paintwork) may result in serious injury.
