With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.
It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.
Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.
If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

Bergamont Vitess bikes are fun and easy to ride. They feature an upright riding position for maximum comfort and control while retaining a sportive look.
The Vitess 30 model features a Suntour suspension fork and a suspension seat post for added comfort. The 2x11-speed Shimano Cues drivetrain offers smooth an efficient shifting. Puncture resistant Schwalbe Energizer Active Plus tires and hydraulic disc brakes by Shimano cater to a safe and reliable ride.
Ergonomic contact points are key to match your bike to your optimal seating position. City and Trekking saddles in different widths, an adjustable stem and ergonomically shaped bars and lock-on grips ensure a perfect fit.
Visibility is especially important if you cycle every day. Therefore, all Vitess models are equipped with LED front and rear lights. A standlight function and a hub dynamo are, of course, standard. Rounding off the package are multiple mounting points across the frame to securely fasten accessories like a bottle, tools or a lock.
The manufacturer's guarantee is granted from the date of purchase for a period of five years on bicycle frames and rear ends. The guarantee period is reduced to three years, if the BERGAMONT bicycle is not serviced at least once a year by an authorized BERGAMONT dealer. Maintenance services must be carried out in accordance with the maintenance instructions in the BERGAMONT manual and must be confirmed there by the stamp and signature of the authorized BERGAMONT dealer.
For frames and rear ends of Category 5 bicycle models and for rigid forks manufactured by BERGAMONT, the duration of the manufacturer's guarantee is limited to two years.
If a defect on the BERGAMONT bicycle is remedied within the scope of a manufacturer’s guarantee or a warranty claim, the duration of the manufacturer's guarantee is not extended.
