Hassle free returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.

It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.

Returning an item

Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.

If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued once the product(s) have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing that they can review the item before deciding whether it is right for you before leaving the store. Should you decide it's not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away, or you still have up to 90 days to return it if you are still unsure.

Please note:
1. If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover the cost of collection and the delivery of the correct item.

2. If we have delivered the correct bike but upon inspection, you decide the bike is not the one for you, we will charge you £50 for collection (£100 from Northern Ireland). If you do not have the original box in usable condition, we will charge you an additional £15 to provide one.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid proof of purchase.

This Frog 69 Hybrid Kids Bike with 26 inch wheels is an ex-display bike, it may have some light cosmetic damage, but otherwise the bike is as new. Please see photos for condition of the bike.

Our ex display bikes are fully serviced and checked to ensure your riding experience is the same as a new bike - we offer full manufacturers warranty on all our ex display and ex demo bikes.

The Frog 69 Hybrid is a perfectly formed 26" wheeled bike for 10 to 12 year olds with an average inside leg of around 69cm. This is the gloss orangecolour version with 8 speeds.

The handlebars can be lowered or raised within a range of 54mm and adjusting the seat height is easy to do at home with the quick release system. This means a Frog Bike will grow with your child making it a great investment.

This is a 26" wheel model, featuring hybrid tyres for on and off road use. The 8 speeds offer easy to select gears adding yet more versatility to this bike.

The 69 Hybrid comes with a set of mudguards included and a set of rack mounts, so that a pannier rack can be fitted for longer family trips or for the commute to school.
