With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.
It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.
Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.
If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

The Thomson Carbon Cross Drop Handlebar is designed for cyclocross, providing a natural transition from a standard road bar for the 'cross season. The top profile is round and as wide as possible, while twin flats on the bottom of the bar allow for housing to be taped down to create a round bar when wrapped. This design allows auxiliary brake levers to be used safely and leaves ample room for the hands.
The construction features a layup using three different fibre types with varying tensile strengths and moduli, including high-strength carbon fibre to allocate stiffness and flex where needed. All carbon fibre is produced by Toray, the primary supplier for Boeing and Airbus, and uses tailor-made nano epoxy resin for high impact resistance. These bars are manufactured in one piece over an EPS mandrel to avoid internal wrinkles, rather than being co-moulded and glued. Additionally, 1.5K woven impact ends help prevent damage to unidirectional fibres from impact. The bars are certified to EN standards and tested to DIN+.
