Hassle free returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.

It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.

Returning an item

Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.

Bikes & Bulky items

If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued once the product(s) have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing that they can review the item before deciding whether it is right for you before leaving the store. Should you decide it's not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away, or you still have up to 90 days to return it if you are still unsure.

Please note:
1. If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover the cost of collection and the delivery of the correct item.

2. If we have delivered the correct bike but upon inspection, you decide the bike is not the one for you, we will charge you £50 for collection (£100 from Northern Ireland). If you do not have the original box in usable condition, we will charge you an additional £15 to provide one.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid proof of purchase.

The Peaty's Holeshot Tubeless Conversion Kit provides everything required for a fully optimised tubeless setup, helping to reduce punctures and increase time spent riding. Designed for reliability and performance, this kit includes rim tape, tubeless valves, and sealant to ensure a secure, air-tight system.

Rim Tape:

Developed as a dedicated bicycle rim tape, this component is constructed from dual-layered, high tensile strength film and primed with a bespoke adhesive. It forms a strong air-tight seal with the rim while leaving minimal residue upon removal. The tape features an optimum amount of stretch and a large rigid recyclable core, allowing it to be applied with tension to contour tightly to the rim. Its transparent finish allows for easy identification of spoke holes when held up to the light.

MK2 Tubeless Valves:

Constructed from premium lightweight, high strength 7075 aluminium, these valves are compatible with most tubeless setups, including carbon, enduro, and downhill rims. The valves feature a world-first spoke key presta valve cap, which allows the cap to be used as a tool for tightening or removing spoke nipples. The unique x-cut base is designed to work with all tyre inserts, allowing air and sealant to pass through even when inserts are pushed against the valve. The straight-through design ensures no reduction in sealant or air flow when inserts are not in use.

Holeshot Sealant:

This water-based sealant is developed alongside professional mechanics and racers. It is packed with biodegradable fibres and sealing particles that bind with fast-acting latex to create a clot, effectively sealing holes and tears up to 6mm. The formula is ammonia-free, non-hazardous, and designed to last up to 6 months in the tyre in temperate climates without balling up.
