Hassle free returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.

It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.

Returning an item

Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.

Bikes & Bulky items

If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued once the product(s) have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing that they can review the item before deciding whether it is right for you before leaving the store. Should you decide it's not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away, or you still have up to 90 days to return it if you are still unsure.

Please note:
1. If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover the cost of collection and the delivery of the correct item.

2. If we have delivered the correct bike but upon inspection, you decide the bike is not the one for you, we will charge you £50 for collection (£100 from Northern Ireland). If you do not have the original box in usable condition, we will charge you an additional £15 to provide one.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid proof of purchase.

The name E-Deemax has become a reference for E-Bike riders. This new E-Deemax 30 lives up to its name with many of the same features and technologies as a higher range model, but at a far more attainable price. Now featuring a wider central channel, installing even the strongest and most rigid tyres has never been so easy. Mavic's exclusive Pinch Flat Protection technology (PFP) offers a wider contact surface at the top of the sidewall and significantly reduces the risk of tyre cuts and punctures. Thanks to PFP, the tyre can resist 20% harder impact before being cut.

The rim is welded for added reliability and features a 30mm internal width with a Tubeless Ready compatibility to allow you to run lower tyre pressure for better traction and control.

As all E-Deemax wheelsets, this new option is lab and field validated for a maximum total weight of 180kg (including the bike).

Mavic's Instant Drive 360 freewheel with a double ratchet system equips the rear hub and provides fast engagement and top-level reliability.

The rear hub is compatible with Shimano HG9, Micro Spline, and SRAM XD driver bodies. The E-Deemax 30 is available with 6-bolt or center lock brake rotors and is compatible with a 15x110 front axle and 12x148 rear. The wheel is delivered with valves, replacement spokes, and accessories.

Technology Details:

  • Maxtal Aluminium Alloy: Exclusive to Mavic, this specific aluminium alloy offers a higher strength-to-weight ratio than traditional 6106 alloy.
  • Instant Drive 360 Technology: Super light and efficient. The large contactless rubber seal provides low friction, while a wide array of end caps makes it super versatile.
  • UST Tubeless Technology: Universal Standard for Tubeless. This ready-to-ride tubeless system improves traction, control, and comfort whilst reducing inertia and flats.
  • SUP Welding Technology: Soude Usine Process, stronger and smoother joint. After bending, the rim joint is arc welded. The welded seam is then milled for a smooth finish.
  • QRM Auto Bearing Preload Technology: Qualite de Roulements Mavic Auto. Cartridge bearings are double sealed with e3 internal clearance. Preload is automatically adjusted to guarantee a perfect spin with no play on the long run.
