Hassle free returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.

It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.

Returning an item

Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.

Bikes & Bulky items

If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please fill out the form below following the steps inside. Returns can be processed quicker if all required information is provided.

Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued once the product(s) have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing that they can review the item before deciding whether it is right for you before leaving the store. Should you decide it's not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away, or you still have up to 90 days to return it if you are still unsure.

Please note:
1. If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover the cost of collection and the delivery of the correct item.

2. If we have delivered the correct bike but upon inspection, you decide the bike is not the one for you, we will charge you £50 for collection (£100 from Northern Ireland). If you do not have the original box in usable condition, we will charge you an additional £15 to provide one.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid proof of purchase.

Designed for fast winter miles, the Sidi Nix is a performance road shoe engineered to keep you warm, dry and efficient in cold-weather conditions.

The textile and TPU upper is reinforced with a new, eco-friendly Gore-Tex® ePE membrane, free from harmful PFCs while remaining highly water resistant, windproof and breathable. Inside, low-bulk PrimaLoft® insulation delivers reliable warmth without compromising fit or pedalling feel, ensuring comfort on long winter rides.

Aerodynamically shaped and race-focused, the Nix features a nylon and carbon fibre R2CC sole with a stiffness index of 9, providing excellent power transfer while retaining just enough flexibility for short walks. A reinforced toe protects against road debris when pushing hard.

Fit is secured by Sidi’s impact-tested, high-density dial closure system with Dyneema® cable, supported by the wrapper closure system and Firmor lateral support band to stabilise the ankle and anchor the foot. Reflective detailing enhances visibility in low light, rounding out a refined racing shoe with added winter warmth.
