Hassle free returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.

It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.

Returning an item

Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.

Bikes & Bulky items

If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued once the product(s) have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing that they can review the item before deciding whether it is right for you before leaving the store. Should you decide it's not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away, or you still have up to 90 days to return it if you are still unsure.

Please note:
1. If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover the cost of collection and the delivery of the correct item.

2. If we have delivered the correct bike but upon inspection, you decide the bike is not the one for you, we will charge you £50 for collection (£100 from Northern Ireland). If you do not have the original box in usable condition, we will charge you an additional £15 to provide one.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid proof of purchase.

The ABUS Urban-I 4.0 ACE helmet represents the 4.0 generation of this popular design, developed to offer optimal comfort, protection, and style. The ACE version includes a magnetic, rechargeable rear light with additional functions, making it suitable for daily commutes, relaxed rides, or general cycling.

Visibility and Lighting

The magnetic, rechargeable rear light provides 180-degree visibility, particularly useful in the dark, at dusk, or in bad weather. The ACE version allows users to select between Power, Pulse, Steady, and Flash light modes. Two batteries ensure longer operating times, while powerful LEDs and a diffuser provide harmonious light distribution without dazzling other road users. The light is attached to the back of the helmet using magnets and can be charged via a USB-C cable.

Fit and Comfort

The second generation of the Zoom™ Spin adjustment system ensures easy and precise customisation. The design is minimalist, the adjustment wheel operates smoothly, and the Ponytail Fit provides space for long hairstyles such as buns, braids, or ponytails. The flat Trivider™ strap divider with fixed positioning further enhances the premium look and prevents unintentional adjustment.

Comfort features include 16 ventilation openings for optimal airflow and an integrated insect protection net. The washable comfort pads are durable and hygienic, attached with Velcro for easy removal.

Construction and Features

The helmet is manufactured using an in-mould process, where the inner EPS cushioning material is foamed directly into the polycarbonate outer shell for a durable and robust connection. The lower edge protection covers the base of the helmet to protect against scratches, impacts, and signs of wear. A magnetic FIDLOCK fastener allows the chin strap to be opened and closed reliably with one hand, even when wearing gloves. Additional features include a removable clip-on peak, reflector stickers for increased visibility, and an IP44 protection rating against solid foreign bodies and splash water.
