The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

Hassle free returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.

It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.

Returning an item

Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.

Bikes & Bulky items

If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued once the product(s) have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing that they can review the item before deciding whether it is right for you before leaving the store. Should you decide it's not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away, or you still have up to 90 days to return it if you are still unsure.

Please note:
1. If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover the cost of collection and the delivery of the correct item.

2. If we have delivered the correct bike but upon inspection, you decide the bike is not the one for you, we will charge you £50 for collection (£100 from Northern Ireland). If you do not have the original box in usable condition, we will charge you an additional £15 to provide one.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid proof of purchase.

The Troy Lee Designs D4 Polyacrylite Helmet is a lightweight but strong full-face helmet, designed to keep downhill and BMX aficionados cool and safe. As well as delivering a dose of Troy Lee Designs style, it is also practical, being quick-drying and odour-resistant. The D4 range expands with this Polyacrylite model, packing the same safety and comfort features as the premium carbon and composite models into a price-conscious shell.

Importantly, these helmets offer many of Troy Lee Designs' best safety features, including Mips C2 protection against rotational forces, an EPS impact-absorbing liner, and an impact-resistant ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) shell. As well, it comes with an adjustable visor that will protect your eyes from flying mud or the sun but can be raised to maximise your visibility if needed. Details make the D4 a coveted full-face in mountain biking, including an unmatched anatomical fit and a collarbone suspension system.

An impressive 16 vents work to keep you cool as you ride, speeding the air through the front air intake system, then around your head to take away heat. The front air intake system features a high-flow polymer centre and power grid side mesh. Because racing can be intense, this helmet includes quick-dry comfort padding, which is also antimicrobial and anti-odour, ensuring it feels great and smells fresh every time you put it on.
