Hassle free returns

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.

It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.

Returning an item

Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.

Bikes & Bulky items

If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

Terms & Conditions

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued once the product(s) have been received and inspected.

Click & Collect customers can buy with confidence knowing that they can review the item before deciding whether it is right for you before leaving the store. Should you decide it's not right for you, it can be conveniently exchanged or refunded straight away, or you still have up to 90 days to return it if you are still unsure.

Please note:
1. If the items we have sent you are faulty, damaged or not as we described, we will cover the cost of collection and the delivery of the correct item.

2. If we have delivered the correct bike but upon inspection, you decide the bike is not the one for you, we will charge you £50 for collection (£100 from Northern Ireland). If you do not have the original box in usable condition, we will charge you an additional £15 to provide one.

Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase.

We are unable to offer a refund without a valid proof of purchase.

The Magene L508 radar tail light adopts millimeter-wave pulse signals and has a 40° beam angle, able to detect rear vehicles within 140m even at bends. This device provides visual and audible alerts from a display terminal to warn of vehicles approaching from behind, helping you stay on full alert in your surroundings. With a 220° wide viewing angle and visibility of up to 1.2km, it ensures effective warning of rear vehicles for a safer ride.

Advanced Detection & Safety Features:

The radar uses millimeter-wave pulse signals to provide comprehensive and stable detection of high-speed motor vehicles. If a rear vehicle is approaching, the warning light will flash 5 times. When vehicles approach successively, the warning light remains flashing to warn the driver to keep a safe distance. While the warning light can be turned off for successive approaches, it will always flash when it detects a rear vehicle approaching for the first time out of safety concern.

Smart Brake Light:

The tail light is equipped with a built-in high-precision acceleration sensor to quickly detect and enter a 3-second highlight mode even with slight braking. It is designed to ignore shaking and small bumps to prevent false starts. This brake light function can be deactivated if preferred.

Customisation & Compatibility:

After connecting to the Magene Utility APP, you can customise the brightness of each light mode, as well as the interval period of flash and pulse modes. You can also turn off unwanted light modes so they are deactivated on the tail light. The L508 is compatible with bike computers, watches, or other display devices that support the standard radar protocol, such as the Magene C406 Pro, partial Garmin, Wahoo, and Bryton units.
