What terrain can I ride G Line on?
It’s the most capable Brompton yet, with the ability to deliver on all sorts of surfaces, including: gravel paths, tow paths, asphalt and well-maintained off-road routes. With the feel of a full-size bike.
How does G Line fold?
With the original Brompton fold, the ever-ready G Line transforms into a compact, locked package in under 20 seconds.
Does G Line luggage fit on my C, P, T Line Front Carrier Block?
Yes, all non-electric Brompton bags use the same mounting system on the front of the bike. There is a unique luggage range for Electric G Line that will be available at launch. Please note that Electric C and P Line luggage will not be compatible with the new Front Carrier Block.
How many gears does G Line have?
The G Line has 8 gears with a 307% gear ratio/range. It has a Shimano Alfine 8-speed hub gear. The Electric G Line has the Brompton 4-speed gearing system with a 160% ratio/range.
To go tubeless, you must buy valves and sealant (sold separately)
Warranty Information for Brompton:
All new Brompton bicycles registered with Brompton are covered by a 7-year unlimited mileage warranty against manufacturing and material defects for the main frame components, commencing from the date of sale.
All Electric parts on the Electric P Line and Electric C Line are covered by a 2-year warranty. 3 years if you register your bike.
Other non-wearing parts on the bicycle (e.g. crank arms, brake calipers, mudguards, etc.) and other parts and accessories are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects.
Bicycles not registered are subject to a 2-year warranty on the mainframe components, commencing from the date of sale.
