With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.
Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!
With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.
So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.
Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates are given on Pre-Order and Pre-Launch products. They are for indication purposes only and can change at any time without notice.
The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.
Hassle free returns
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return your items within 90 days of the purchase date for a full exchange or refund. Any item (excluding food, underwear or e-gift vouchers) can be returned to us for any reason within 90 days, provided that the item has not been used or fitted and is returned in its original packaging with valid proof of purchase.
It is recommended that you use a recorded delivery service or return to a store to ensure your items are received by us. We cannot assume responsibility for items that are lost in transit back to us.
Online or in-store purchases can be returned to any of our 12 stores free of charge or can be returned by post or courier at your cost after completing the online returns form below. If you are returning an item due to a fault, we will refund your postage costs.
If you wish to return a bike or bulky item to us, please keep the box it arrived in and let us know by contacting our support team via our online webchat, email or by phone (020 45063856) and we will help arrange a collection.

The Stans Crest MK4 rear wheel is a lightweight gravel and XC wheelset designed to roll fast and last. The rim is constructed from 6069 aluminium alloy, featuring a reinforced spoke bed and a welded seam. With a 25mm internal width, the rim is engineered to handle the higher pressures of 40mm gravel tyres as well as the lower pressures of 2.3" mountain bike tyres. The asymmetric design improves spoke angle for a stronger wheel build, while Stans' patented Bead Socket Technology ensures an easy-to-inflate and reliable airtight tubeless seal.
The Crest MK4 utilises M-pulse hubs, designed in partnership with Project321 and CNC machined for precision. These hubs feature an innovative neodymium magnetic pawl design that provides positive, reliable engagement with minimal drag. Unlike traditional spring-based systems, the magnetic pawls are at their strongest when engaged and minimise friction when disengaged. The hubs are built with a full set of Enduro bearings and a 7075 alloy 17mm axle, allowing them to handle significant force. A shielded design protects the bearings from the elements, while an easily adjustable bearing preload feature allows for fine-tuning to reduce friction. The hub engages with 1.66° of rotation for near-instant acceleration.
Built for longevity, the wheelset relies on the proven strength of traditional J-bend spokes. Stans has ensured that all MK4 series wheels of the same diameter share a single, common spoke length, making replacement straightforward. The wheelset is tubeless-ready with rim tape pre-installed.
